UCC hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, located in Old O'Connor. UCC provides a variety of free, confidential counseling and referral services delivered by professional counselors.
A few of the UCC services include:
Individual and Group Counseling
Space for tele-sessions with home providers
After-hours crisis line: 607-777-2772, push number 2 when prompted
DSHSC offers scheduled appointments through the patient portal. DSHSC Psychiatric Services provides evidence-based psychiatric consultation and treatment, eating disorder screening, and education appointments.
Support Empathy Empowerment Kindness (SEEK) helpline
SEEK is a student-run service to talk about anything! SEEK's hours are every night from 8–11 p.m. during the fall and spring semester. Call 607-777-4357.
The CARE team helps students manage and navigate challenging situations and provide referrals and resources to manage mental health needs. To schedule an appointment with a case manager, submit a CARE Team referral, call or email their office.
